Individuals must demonstrate dedication to exceptional Customer Service and be able to build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide customers with pricing and delivery information
- Ensure timely shipment of materials and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong working relationships with customers
- Assist with customer service inquiries
- Provide sales support to existing customer accounts
- Load customer vehicles and company trucks with bulk aggregates, boulders and pallets
- Complying with health and safety as per company manual
Required Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma and 1-2 years of retail sales experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Class 5 driver’s license
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Neat appearance and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to operate skidsteers/and or front end loaders proficiently is an asset but not required
